1) What this covers
This policy covers purchases of our digital products and services (for example: courses, programs, audio sessions, memberships) sold directly on zerofeartakeoff.com.
If you purchased through a third party, their refund terms apply and you must contact them directly.
2) Refund window
You may request a refund within 30 calendar days from the day of purchase. Requests received after 30 days are not eligible.
3) Eligibility conditions (digital products)
You must provide the email used at checkout and your order ID or receipt.
Access to refunded digital products will be revoked upon approval of the refund.
We permit one refund per customer per product to prevent abuse.
Subscriptions and renewals
If your first subscription payment is within the last 30 days, it’s eligible for a refund.
Renewals are not refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future charges. Your access continues through the end of the current billing period.
Live services and coaching (if applicable)
Completed 1:1 sessions, live workshops, or custom services already delivered are not refundable.
Packages not yet delivered may be refunded pro rata at our discretion.
4) How to request a refund
Email rod@zerofeartakeoff.com with:
Subject line: “Refund Request – [Order ID]”
Your full name and the email used for purchase
The product name and purchase date
Optional: a brief reason for the refund (helps us improve; not required)
We’ll confirm receipt and update you on status.
5) How refunds are issued
Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method.
Please allow 5 business days after approval for your bank or card issuer to post the refund.
We refund the purchase price paid in US dollars, excluding any non-recoverable bank fees, currency conversion fees, or third-party platform fees where applicable.
6) Chargebacks and disputes
If you’re considering a chargeback, contact us first at rod@zerofeartakeoff.com so we can resolve the issue quickly. We reserve the right to contest chargebacks we believe are improper or violate this policy.
7) Abuse, misrepresentation, and fair use
We may refuse refunds to accounts that exhibit patterns of abuse (for example, repeated refunds across multiple products) or misrepresentation. We may also restrict future purchases in such cases.
8) Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version posted on zerofeartakeoff.com with the latest Effective Date applies to new purchases as of that date.
9) Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.
